Milan Craft Show was a little slow. Really need to get a hold on where we are being set at, so we can get the early shoppers and not be stuffed in the back.





Our products look good and only one other vendor was selling flower plates. They seem to be real popular this year along with the tea cups. I'm still the only one selling spa's and totem's.











For this bath bowl below, I've stuck a amber duck inside the center piece for an added effect. This piece didn't even make it into the inventory and it was sold.

2nd Event..another success at West Kimberly Mall. I just love meeting people. Especially the ones who share helpful information for me to become a bigger and better small business and listening to them tell me how nice and professional my upcycled glass items are. Thank you! Makes a day feel so rewarding.

 Down Home's Best and I haven't even unpacked yet and have next weekend booked for a huge event of over 300 vendors in Milan, IL. ((exciting))

Success! We had such a great time at our first public opening. As we began setting up, we quickly realized, that we needed more room. It all worked out and we both made a little bit of money, met some new friends, and both of our own family and friends came down to show their support. Thank you for that.

Quad City Moms in Business News Segment..Soooooo excited to see my item on the news segment today! I wasn't mentioned, BUT, I was the Blue Mosaic totem glass item on the table... right in front, and my friends sugar scrub and bath bomb, from Down Home's Best  was right next to it...Saturday is our first Event, it's going to be busy I hope and that we have a great successful day.

Hoping my friend from Down Home's Best, get's well soon, she's such a great influance and asset to our relationships, both friend and business. If I have to do this alone, then I will do what I can for her until she is able. Rolling with the punches make us stronger. Getting up, dusting ourselves off and facing it all over, makes and shapes us.

On the  lighter side, here's a peak at my business card. It looks like it is sparkling. The same effect the glass gives when the sunlight hits it on a sunny day. I'm so excited for tomarrow, maybe we'll make that news segment...we shall see. 

Today I'm showing a photo of a piece I made. One of my customer's had a great idea! She is using it as a focal point on her formal dining room table. She also added a small round wreath with some pastel beading at the base... and it works! Love it.
